Jennifer,I would be very pleased if you will convey my thanks to all employees at JDS.What should have been a straight forward delivery, turned into a major project, through no fault of your company.Throughout the time what must have been a frustrating time for your delivery men they remained cheerful and above all helpful. When I think many may well have given up ! But patience prevailed and the delivery was completed successfully.
